FIBER GLASS INSULATION.
TARPFOIL-RADIENT BARIER TYPE INSULATION (A NEW GENERATION INSULATION).

ABOUT TARPFOIL-RADIENT BARIER INSULATION :
There are three basic models of heat transfer: conduction, convection and radiation. The sun heats up the tiles, brick, and board of a building. This occurrence radiates heat into the building. These invisible infrared radiant heat rays can penetrate roofs, ceilings, wall, doors, floors, and other materials. Nearly 87 &% of the total building heat is transferred through this radiation and is then balanced by conduction and convection. In this way, radiation is the most powerful cause of heat gain and loss in any building.

Conventional insulation products such as fiberglass, mineral wool, foam board, cellulose, etc. are effective against conduction and conduction and convection. However, they have no effect on “radiant” heat transfer. They work by tapping small air pockets and reduce heat transfer by conduction and convection. The trapped air heats up and radiates this heat later into the building, sometimes for hours after sunset.

Aluminum foil blocks 95 % of heat radiation, which is an ideal energy conversion material. An easy, effective and low cost solution of preventing the passage of radiant energy or solar heat into building is the use of foil radiant barrier to reflect heat back to its source.

BUILDING PANELS :
ZINCALUME AUTO RIB-6 PANEL (COLORBOND, COLOR STRONG) :
The aluminum –Zinc alloy for 55% Al-Zn alloy –coated steel coils consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, solidified at 600 degree Celsius high temperature. The whole structure is a quaternary Al-Fe-Si-Zn compound, which becomes a protraction layer on the steel sheet to prevent penetration of corrosive factors effectively. All painted steel panels shall receive average regular polyester coating mass in triple-spot test AZ150-AZ120. Panel material shall conform to yield strength of 50 ksi (345 N/mm²) or 80 ksi (550 Mpa).

CHARACTERISTICS :
Many colors are available to match the environment and attach value to the appearance. Superior resistance against environment: Heat resistance, corrosion resistance, humidity resistance, weather proof, etc. Formability, impact resistance, and acid/alkali resistance, superior workability and chemical resistance are the major reasons for the popularity of preprinted 55% Al-Zn alloy –coated and galvanized steel sheets.
PRE-TREATMENT :
The pre-treatment section prevents the surface of the steel sheet providing the surface with enhanced paint adhesion characteristics. The painted surface’s resistance to damage from bending, impact, and corrosion is also improving.
STANDARD PANEL PROFILE :

CONSTRUCTION OF AUTO RIB-6 PANEL : serves as an attractive and cost efficient architectural wall and roof panel. It covers 915 mm. It is composed of six major ribs 152 mm on center and 33 mm high consists of other two minor ribs of 10 mm high. The higher rib protects extra rain water to splash out while lapping that is needed heavy rainfall area like Bangladesh for longer spans on industrial jobs and the two other shadow rib provides a unique architectural appearance and extra strength while using on roof and keep in hide of screw head while using on side wall.
